Sara Prince, M.Ed., ADHD and Executive Function Coach

Sara works with children and adults with ADHD and related executive function challenges.

Sara has twenty years of experience as a public high school special education teacher and private school learning specialist. She completed Basic, Advanced and Family ADHD coach training, and is a certified ADDCA (ADHD) and ICF coach.

Beyond her interest in ADHD, Sara has experience with autism and the unique challenges it can create in family, school, and employment settings. She will collaborate with various stakeholders to explore and design meaningful solutions and a positive path forward for individuals facing these issues.

Sara has an undergraduate degree from Vassar College and a graduate degree in Special Education - Disability Policy from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has served as Co-President of the Central Virginia Chapter of the Autism Society of America, and is a member of ADDA, CHADD, ICO and ICF.
